• I would go with a different cable. Even though this is listed as a PS4 suitable cable, it is not. The USB socket on a PS4 controller is recessed slightly, so this cable will not plug in fully because of the size of the plastic shroud on the cable. This results in the controller losing connectivity constantly when communicating over USB. I returned my cable yesterday.

• Yes I am able to connect my controller to my PC with this cable. You may need to configure your settings for your controller if you are using Steam, but with remote play or PS Now its plug and play.
