QuestionWhat does the apparatus itself weigh? I have to mount it to the front of a Murphy Bed which will only hold so much weight before it opens on it's own.

- Answer I would not recommend mounting to a Murphy bed. You will not be able to securely anchor the mount and TV, and it could result in damage to your property.

- Answer It is relatively easy to assemble and attach to wall. It has a wide scissor like projection that attaches to a horizontal H bar with several connectors to those bars. The vertical center bar can be adjusted side to side to back of tv to center it.

- Answer I can't answer why the mount price went up by $20...I don't work for BestBuy...the mount is worth the price, but if you won't budge, maybe ask BestBuy to honor the first price you paid 2 months ago? I would think that is a very reasonable request? good luck!!!

- Answer It depends on the size of your tv. If your tv is small it'll work. If you have a huge tv it's going to limit the degree you can swivel. P

- Answer No. My 32" Samsung will only rotate about 45 degrees at full extension which was all I needed.

- Answer The measurements for the mount itself is adjustable....It will adjust to fit tv from 19'' to 39' screens. Very easy instructions to make the mount fit the back of your tv...

- Answer from my experience, I would not recommend using this bracket with a 39" TV. The product does not hold the stated maximum weight range. We tried it with a 37" TV and the bracket is too lightweight, the adjustments won't hold the larger TVs. Sad to say, but purchasing the more expensive bigger (next size up) bracket is better option.

- Answer I'm not entirely sure but I believe so. The mount has 3 different configurations for the VESA mount on the back of your TV, i'm sure one of these would be compatible with your TV. However I do not own any Sony TV's but it worked well with an Insignia 32" Smart TV, Toshiba 32" TV, and Insignia 29" TV

- Answer Hello there, answering your main question, the arm extension length will be the following: 10.42" If you are looking forward to purchasing it, please keep in mind Best Buy provides a 15 day time frame in which if you determine the wall mount does not fit your needs, you will be able to refer back to the store and exchange it for a compatible one. - John Rocketfish Support

- Answer There are offset adaptors in the package to move the TV farther away from the mount but they are about a half-inch thick I think. I know you can buy a power cord that has a right (or left) angle instead of straight out the back.
