Yeah, the holes line up fine with the 40' Dynex I put mine up yesterday.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It says it supports VESA Patterns up to 400 x 375 and If this is a newer TV you should not have a problem. I did some measuring and it should fit. If it doesn't take it back, Best Buy is good about returns. It comes with quite a few different screws and spacers if needed.
