Disconnect the cables. There is a single screw that attaches the swing arm to the bottom bracket attached to your TV. Remove that screw and the TV should swing out from the bottom easily. Lit the TV up off the swing arm and you are there. At this point you can remove the 4 screws that hold the top and bottom horizontal pieces of the bracket that you can remove to easily access the 4 screws which hold the vertical bracket bars to your TV. Once these are off you can take your TV in for repair.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I removed the center screw on the full motion wall mount and pulled the locking hinge down and tv will not swing out? Are we missing removing another screw?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Take set screw out of mount and take tv off the wall bracket. You can then remove the screws on the back holding it to the tv mount.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Pretty simple - there are four Phillips screws going through the bracket into the back of the TV. Just swivel the tv out from the wall and have someone hold the TV while you unscrew the four screws.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Easy. Undo one screw. Then lift the TV off the mount. There is a bracket that stays attached to the TV. You would probably want to remove it before sending it out for service.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Using the manual for instructions on how to install, I would just reverse the steps in order to correctly uninstall the mount.
