Can this be mounted into metal studs? null

I would be very cautious mounting the tv mount to a Sheetmetal stud. Sheetmetal studs are thin gauge so I don’t think there is enough metal to drill and tap out. Using the mount for a small light tv utilizing Sheetmetal screws may work. You could possibly fasten the mount and stress it for weight handling before hanging the tv. The wood screws that come with it are about 5/16” diameter by 2 1/2” long. A different tv mount that would fasten to two metal studs with Sheetmetal screws might be a better solution.
