• Just loosen or remove the hold screw at the bottom middle of the extended arm near the TV then lift straight up, it will come off the lip that the TV hangs on. Make sure you have a friend to help you if the TV is heavy because it will fall back towards you if you don't have good hold on it.

• You need to loosen an allen set screw with the included allen wrench. Then pick the TV and mounting plate up from the mount arm. A heavy TV would require some help.
