Yes. I'd recommend a professional do the installation (Geek Squad, etc.). The only limitation will be the up/down and left/right turning ratio of the tv given that it will not be mounted on a flat wall.

Not only can you use it to hang on the Corner wall but I did and It works Great !!!!

Probably not because the maximum extension of the arm isn’t long enough for the TVs in this size category.
