“After install, the TV tilts left and won't remain stationary in a level position? What can I do about this? The TV naturally keeps tilting to the left. Seems almost like it's too loose and not sure what I can do. Please if you can let me know if there are any ways to address this?”

Thanks for the feedback. Were those like a large "wing" nut style? I tried to hand tighten that but it didn't keep it from tilting. I'll go back and look again. I had it professionally installed so I'm hoping that it was done correctly. I'll go back also with a level to see. Again, thanks for the info.

I had an issue where it tilted forward and wouldn't stay flush against wall. I noticed in back there were two tightening adjustments. After placing in position I wanted and tighten firmly, I no longer have this issue. Hope that works. Also, I know it could also be if wall mount portion isn't installed leveled. Not saying you didn't but could simply be going back to its natural leveled spot. And not necessarily tilting on its own for you.
