• I have a Samsung 55" 6350 on it and the "flush" that I can get with it would be about 6" off the wall if the screen is flat. Because of the arm, mounts and swivel. ..but this thing is amazing man, idk what I would do without mine. Hope this helps.

• Maybe. It moves to the left or right, so it could be flush depending on the back of the TV and how far it can move to the left and right.
