• You can tilt your TV forward or backward 11 degrees as described on page 17 of the manual.

• Ive been able to tilt to a 45 degree angle but i just depends where you place the mount in the room. They space you have on each side of the TV. I have a 46 inch on that mount but one of the sides of the TV does not have a wall.
