A:AnswerI had mine installed, but I watched them put it in. The hardest part was for them to place the mount was going on the wall. The most important thing I can say is it’s a two person job; one to unscrew the tv and the other to ensure the tv doesn’t drop. TV’s are very light these days so almost anyone can help.

A:AnswerI had this issue as well. There is a leveling pin on the back in the middle. You'll have to unscrew it and level your tv when it is turned. This fixed my issue for me.
