A:Answer16. I live in an old house and there was no where I could find studs 16 inches apart, so I put one side into a stud, the other side into dry wall, installed the mount and slid it all the way over to the side with the stud, then used the locking screws that come with it to lock it into place on that side so all the weight stays on that side.
A:AnswerYes. You’ll have to pick a side wall to install it on, since that’s where the studs are (16” apart) that you DEFINITELY want to install this wall mount into. Don’t worry, you can angle it just right from there. See pic
A:AnswerYes, It can slide left/right. It has 2 screws that tighten on the bottom track once you have it where you want it. This is exactly what I did.
