“I've seen a charging stand like this before and it was able to rotate (spin) around. That way if you had to put it in a corner you could just spin it around to easily get controllers from the other side. Does this do that?”

• No, it does not rotate but is easy to pickup and move around. Less chance of connecting issues without the swivel option IMO.
