• no. the controller does all the work, the wheel just adds comfort for the player while the actual controller has the functionality

• It's a tiny plastic joycon accessory. No, it won't work as an actual steering wheel- stick with proper automotive steering wheels when you need an actual one... It will work as a mediocre game controller through.
