Bluetooth adapter will not connect BTH220 headphones The adapter finds the device but when trying to connect I get this error message: Adding the device failed resulting in an unknown error. The reported error code is: 0x80004005. Contact your device manufacturer for assistance. When I look at the product service website for the Kinivo BTH220, I get instructions for connecting and then directions to contact adapter manufacturer for problems. ???? I don't know what else to try. Right now it feels like a wasted $20! :(”

IDK why is malfunctions for you. It works for me with Win 7 and Win 8 opp systems nd Android devices.
