Check device manager to make sure this USB device is working correctly. Ensure that the battery on your bluetooth device is fully charged and then go through the pairing/discovery step.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The first thing to try is to pull the device out and plugging it back in. Make sure that the blue light on the device flashes. If it does not flash then the device is broken. If it is less than 1 year old, it has a warranty which you can get service by going to the Geeksquad at Best Buy.
