“How different is this model from the other RF-MCB55 models (i.e. RF-MCB55 & RF-MCB55S)? Can this charger be used to charge any other Micro USB devices, such as smart phones, etc.? What are the differences in voltage and amps between it and the other models? Is the cord longer? Thank you.”

I have used this charger with phones and other brands of Tablets. I bought this because it was much less expensive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The products are similar in their specs. They all take 10-16 V in with an output of 5 V at 2.4 Amps. The cables are also 6 feet long, except for the S. It is 3.3' long. The chargers are specialized to use with the devices listed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Due to the AMP output some chargers only work on small devices. This one has a 2.4 AMP output and it will charge smaller electronic gadgets (like a basic cell phone) and bigger ones (like smartphones & tablets).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The cord is not longer. I believe this is a 5 volt charger so I am not sure if it will charge what you are looking to charge. I do know that they sell various charges with different voltages and this one is not variable in voltage.
