“Installed today and got nothing. Ran all new coxal and still nothing. I live in san antonio got nothing. My cheap $14 antenna work better but need something for the whole house. What to do next? Any help?”

Are you installing this at the same location as your $14 antenna? The only thing that comes to mind would me a bad amplifier? Try running direct to tvs and see if you get ANYTHING. If that works tell the manufacturer to send a new amplifier.
