If you want to know if it can be used behind a refrigerator, then yes, I suppose it could be, at least it's flat enough against the wall to fit...BUT I wouldn't. Hidden behind a fridge, you wouldn't have access to all the other outlets, especially the USB charging ports. It wouldn't do much good to have all those outlets if you can't get to them.
