“Why does it take a lot for my computer to charge? I bought this universal ac adapter for my samsung Np-rv510-ao5us and as soon i plugged it in it took forever to charge. I was charging it for about 1 hr and it was bearly on 40 percent why? is this the right adapter to use? oh and one more thing i used tip 12. will this adapter work for my laptop or what adapter would you recommend me to use?”

yes you are using the right tip. Was the battery completely dead when you are charging? Check the watts on your computer. This is for only 90watts.
