“Should the concrete anchors be used for regular mounting to a wall? If so, can the concrete anchors be purchased anywhere else other then calling the customer service number?”

• No just use the lag bolts into stud. Plenty strong. You can purchase concrete anchors at construction supply stores.

• There are a number of anchors you can use, but I always advise to drill into studs, rather than relying on the anchor itself. Not sure why you would want to use a concrete anchor to mount to a wall.
