Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Problem with anchors are they can pull out. I would suggest either using larger bolts which would mean you would have to possibly drill out the base plate to accomodate them, or just mount in a slightly different spot and just fill the holes. If in brick you can fill with mortar... if in concrete fill with hydraulic cement and then drill the new holes in the new location. That is what i would do if i ever made that mistake.
