QuestionI am looking to mount my TV in an alcove, what is the minimum amount of space "wiggle room" I need in order to hang the TV? ie: If my space is 31" in height, can I hang a TV that is 30" in height or will I need more space to actually hang?

- Answer You need about an inch to hang it. But you should have more space than that for ventilation for the TV.

- Answer Yes this Can mount a TV to that specification as long as the very detailed Instructions are followed. It also includes several different size mounting screws and spacers to mount flat backside or curved backside TV and gives excellent instructions for mounting it properly with studs.
