I’ve experienced this one time. It registered a connection, but screen was blank. Took out Switch, reseated in dock, and made sure all wired connections were completely plugged in. Haven’t had issues since.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check and see if the TV can output the format the switch says it does when it docks. Check and see if the TV Resolution setting is set to Automatic under the TV Settings section, that should always give the correct format. Else, I would try a new HDMI cable, maybe?
