“I have a Samsung Crystal UHD TU 9010 86'' TV. I purchased a Rocketfish Universal Soundbar Mounting System. The rods are to short to extend from the bottom of the TV. (20'') On the back of TV the bottom 2 threaded inserts are 26'' from the bottom.”

No. This mount won't hold the weight of anything more than a loaf of bread without sliding down. It uses a little friction clamp to hold the bar at a given level, there are no holes in the bar with screws to put through to hold it there. Its hot trash stay away.
