QuestionHello I had the Geek Squad set us my tv with a soundbar. I’m moving to a new apartment and would like to unmount the soundbar myself. How do I go about do this? Is there a product menu for this or a simple way to remove it?

- Answer Hi Oscar, to unmount your Rocketfish™ - Universal Soundbar Mounting System, make sure first that you safely remove your TV and the TV bracket. This step is essential before unmounting the soundbar. After that, locate the release cord, then, gently pull and hold the release cord to raise or lower your soundbar, and as you pull the release cord, lift the soundbar up and away from the wall plate. QuestionI have a Samsung Crystal UHD TU 9010 86'' TV. I purchased a Rocketfish Universal Soundbar Mounting System. The rods are to short to extend from the bottom of the TV. (20'') On the back of TV the bottom 2 threaded inserts are 26'' from the bottom.

- Answer No. This mount won't hold the weight of anything more than a loaf of bread without sliding down. It uses a little friction clamp to hold the bar at a given level, there are no holes in the bar with screws to put through to hold it there. Its hot trash stay away.
