A:Answer It work with the tv mounting holes the tv mount is not the issue,it is the sound bar because if the bar doesn’t have mounting holes to screw in the mount then you run into issues.
I have a Sony sound bar it has mounting hole but the kind that screw into the wall and you hang the bar like a picture frame but no screw in hole.I got lucky and was able to use those mounting holes with the hardware the comes in the kit if you are good with handy work then you might be able to make it work for you,,,hopes this helps.
