A:Answer This is a great sound bar. Honestly, we just moved and at the old house we simply set it on the recessed surface under where the TV was mounted. At our new home the TV is mounted on a flat wall with a piece of furniture below, so we decided to have the sound bar mounted (attached) under the TV. This was a great choice and we are very happy with it. The sound bar itself was a great choice with excellent sound--we are very happy we purchased it, and should we ever need another we'd be looking to purchase the same sound bar.
