• The RF-AC1U2NK is designed for use with tablets/e-readers, while the RF-AC1U2N is designed for use with smartphones.

• we found out that the surface needed a certain ohm comming off the charger which we were not getting from our older computer. Check your particular device to see if a certain olm\voltage is required.
