“Should the Transmitter work if receiver onkio TX - SR 304 and sub Polk Audio PSW 108 ? I tryed to connect the receiver Onkio TX - SR 304 with a sub Polk Audio PSW 108 , the lights of transmitter remain blue but the sub does not work. I tried to another device (sony) and it worked with this receiver. What it means ? The receiver Onkio, sub Polk Audio PSW 108 and Wireless Subwoofer Transmitter are not compatible ??”

This wireless adapter system has no way of knowing what type of Sub/Receiver you are using, it should not matter what combo you have in your setup. If you have successfully tried your transmitter and receiver one this receiver and a known working sub, then the problem is not with the adapters. Have you confirmed that the sub works properly when hard wired to the receiver? My initial reaction is that the sub might be bad, or the wires were not setup properly when you first tried it out.
