Yep. This is this product's downfall. It has a "sleep mode" it stays in, and goes into when it shouldn't. Very, very annoying.

Please try again later.Make sure the volume knob on the back of the sub-woofer is at 100% and than turn the sub-woofer level on your receiver up till its as loud as you like it. The wireless kit may get messed up if you have both the sub-woofer and the receiver filtering the power level. Also make sure your using the "Stereo" or "6-ch Stereo" option if your receiver has built in pre-sets because iv noticed alot of the other effects limit the sub-woofer level alot.
