• No they are also vastly different chips. Z1 extreme is soldered to the motherboard while the 7950x3d is packaged for a desktop motherboard socket. The Z1E is based off the 7840u which is a laptop low wattage chip whereas the 7950X3D is a flagship desktop chip.
