VRAM is not upgradeable. The only upgradeable part is the SSD. Any game should run at low settings though, higher than that will depend from game to game. Hogwarts Legacy runs even on the Steam Deck which is considerably underpowered compared to the Rog Ally.

You could play Hogwarts Legacy at 60-80 FPS as long as you put all your graphic settings in Low quality, this is not a RTX 4080 video card which is capable for playing Hogwarts Legacy at 60-70 FPS at 4K resolution with all quality settings in Very High.
