• Yes, but the game(s) will need to support local co-op and you will need a controller for each player.

• should work fine and your only changing the video output to a larger external screen and it's windows 11 based so it would be same as a pc

• This is basically a windows pc so whatever you can do on that, you will be able to do on the ROG Ally. Yes you can play co-op games, though I believe you have to use separate controllers, I'm not sure if the controllers on the rog ally will work when you connect Bluetooth controllers.
