It's a PC encased by the shell with controllers. When you boot it up, it loads Win11. So yes you can play GTA RP. Just watch out for the mods because it could eat up the RAM.

You can play all GTA games on this. Steam can be installed, Epic Games can be installed, whichever location where you own the game you can install it on this device so long as it is for PC.

No idea what's GTA RP, GTA 5 runs fine, online works too
