• I've seen stick replacements done on YouTube already. Seems like a simple enough job with a quick video.

• There are online stores that sell parts and plenty of videos on the internet on how to open it up

• Never heard that one before. I would jsut purchase joy stick caps, or replace with some HAL joysticks you put on yourself
