• A:Answer While there is no benchmarking of the Z1 chip yet vs the Z1 Extreme the integrated graphics has 4 RDNA3 cores vs 12 cores on the Extreme, for reference the Steam Deck has 8 RDNA2 cores. Expect a large performance drop off for this model, below that of both the standard Z1e RoG Ally and the Steam Deck. With only $100 savings off a $700 device, I would not recommend getting this version, you are losing 66% of the GPU cores. Just wait and save the last $100.

• A:Answer this is what I found...The Asus ROG Ally gaming handheld is unique in that it has a UHS-II microSD card bus interface, allowing up to 312 MB/s file transfer...I've also seen other rates like 85mb/sec write speed...it depends on the quality of your sd card...also take into account that the rog ally can get pretty hot at times and will affect you sd read/write performance.
