Can you play Sims 4 on this? And will it support mods? null

Im pretty sure if its using windows and you play sims on it ..it should let you have mods im not sure if its on the Xbox side but i just got mine it definitely should id be surprised if it didnt iam tryna play Skyrim with better mods so! Goodluck to you hope this helps!
