The Roku 1 is the only model currently on the market that has the connection for the AV component cable (white, yellow, and red plugs) typically seen on older TVs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Roku 1 is what I bought for an older tv that uses the cables. It also has an HDMI port for if and when you buy a new tv. The roku stick is great for traveling but requires a newer tv. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You just need the Roku 1. Shaped like a little box. I have a an older TV and as long as you have the red, white, yellow outlets, then you are good to go.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As long as there is a Wi-Fi service where you are going the ROKU should be all you need. You could set up your smart phone as a Wi-Fi and connect that way also. ROKU comes with RCA outputs, as well as HDMI, so an older TV can be connected to the ROKU. There is no cost to connect (except for your internet service provider), unless you purchase an application or a movie.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My TV is 10 years old and it works well with it
