• Hello, MM! The Roku Wireless Soundbar stays in standby mode until the Roku TV is turned on. There is also a Fast TV Start mode that allows you to listen to music when the TV is in standby mode. Please note: Fast TV Start uses more power than normal standby, and overrides default power settings. You can turn Fast Start TV on and off anytime from the Settings menu.

• My Roku Sound Bar Seems to be connected to my Roku TV. There is no LED to tell if it is on always but if you want it to go off, ( assuming that it stays on), you can get a timer to turn it off say 11pm to 6am then you could be sure it is off. but then your timer is on so what are you trying to achieve?? this is a QUESTION, that ONLY ROKU can really answer!!! I CAN tell YOU that it does give very GOOD SOUND!!
