The Roku doesn't have enough memory to store video, and it's not a DVR - but if you have a subscription, you can "bookmark" programming through the media provider and mark it for later viewing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. Anything that is not "live" tv can be accessed again. Most, if not all can be resumed where you left off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This option would lie strictly from where you were accessing the movie or program. If you're viewing from Netflix and physically stop the program at some point, you can return to Netflix later and you will see a section called "Continue Watching?" and it's simply a list of movies or programs you have not finished watching. Click on one of them and you have the option of resuming movie or starting over. For other movie apps, you may need to research the name of the movie again and once there it may prompt you to resume movie or start over. And if you were watching a live program it may not be available to view unless the app you're using archives the program. It's really to going vary based upon WHAT you were watching and the app from which you were watching it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depending on the App you use, you should be able to start programming where you left off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have Hulu you can watch some programs the day after they air on tv. But some stations are not on Hulu and therefore can not be seen through Hulu. Sounds like you would like a dvr.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can pick up mid program. In fact, it should re start where you left off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you shut it off many times when you come back to it it says resume... which means picks up where you left off. But if you fall asleep it will play to end ..you just start over and fast forward to part you missed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It pauses right where you stopped. Then, when you come back to it, it asks you if you want to "resume" (continue watching) or "start at beginning". You can also fast forward and rewind, frame by frame or in large jumps - just like a DVD player. This, to me, is one of the best options for Roku because for busy people who find it hard to sit down for 90 minutes to watch a full movie, it allows you to do work, answer the phone, etc. without losing the movie altogether as on broadcast TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can access the program whenever you want to and watch it as many times as you want to. You sometimes have the option to pick up where you left off, or start the program from the beginning. You can also fast forward or rewind to whatever place you want to in a program, if for some reason you aren't given an option to continue where you left off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. Most programs (other than live streams) will hold a "resume" point for pick up later.
