Many universal remotes work with the Roku 3 (though they are IR remotes meaning you have to point them at the Roku 3). It doesn't appear that Roku sells just the remote with voice search yet - you might need to contact Roku to see if they offer a replacement.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In my experience, the remote sometimes loses it's connection with the device, especially if you are powering down or disconnecting the Roku player. If you have a smartphone and download the free Roku app, you can use the smartphone as a remote. Once you have connected to the player via the app, you may find that the remote control's connection to the Roku device has been refreshed and is working again. I'm not sure why this works, but I read about this prior to purchasing my first Roku and it has always worked for me.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on WHY its not working....? Have you tried cleaning the battery contacts, using alkaline batteries, and/or pushing the Reset Button on the main box (inside the little hole under the power port)?.
