Is there a on and off switch for Roku 3? null

there is no on/of switch, but it does turn itself off after so long of inactivity (I'm not sure how long that is). Switching TV inputs you select HDMI input to watch the Roku and then switch the input back to antenna if you want to watch live TV.

No. The box stays on 24/7.
