What is the minimum width between the stands? null

Click on "Full Specs" and scroll down to "Dimensions". According to the listed specs dimension distance between stands it is 29.9 inches for "the distance from the outside of one leg to the outside of the opposite leg, as it is attached to the product." It appears longer in the picture but I think it may be possible to mount the legs inwards rather than outwards as shown in the image.
