Hello John, unfortunately this models remote does not come with a headphone jack, the voice remote pro can be purchased separately or you can download the Roku Offical app and as long as your phone and TV are connected to the same WiFi, you can use your phone as the remote and any headphones connected to your phone will work on the TV using headphones mode.
