“TV will not turning on with remote. I pressed reset button in the back. TV came on but the remote was not working at all. Purchased July 29,2025”

• 1. Make sure batteries are activated. There is a tab to pull out the insulator that keeps the remote from activating during shipping. Check with ROKU support for further issues.
