- Answer It'll work just fine as long as it doesn't get wet. Non-outdoor rated tv's may break sooner than if indoors but compared to outdoor rated tv prices 3K-5K for the same size, I'll just replace it every 2-3 years and still save money. Just get a warranty.

- Answer I don't have direct (lol) experience with this, but the DirecTV website says that their app works with most Roku devices. The TV is a new model and should be equivalent to a new model stick.

- Answer Yes it would work the same way as your older Roku TV. Private listening is what you just described doing but can also be done with headphones connected to the Roku voice remote pro. https://support.roku.com/en-ca/article/217478308

- Answer No but you can by a center mount. They are similar to a wall mount except you put the TV on a solid base not the wall. The base is usually about 12"x 12" and is adjustable up and down by several inches. They are very stable. My brother bought one so he didn't have to purchase a new TV stand. Check them out on Amazon.

- Answer Yes, if you have a Wifi network in your house or can run a network cable from your router to the Tablo unit, it'll work. I tried Tablo on an old analog TV and had huge problems with resolution. Maybe it'll work fine on a newer TV, but I was less than impressed with their tech support You can also run another antenna coax to the TV and watch your off air channels, complete with a very nice channel guide, independent of Tablo.

- Answer Check the sound setting and set it to your preference. I bought the Roku SoundBar to improve my sound. My tv is within a foot of a wall, so that might affect it.
