• Hello, Sydney! The Legs, screws, remote, and batteries are all in the styrofoam located at the top of the box. Since this box is opened from the bottom it is sometimes overlooked. Check there first and then if it's not there you might have purchased an open box from Best Buy which is usually discounted because of missing pieces.
