Does it support ATSC3.0/NextGen ? null

The built-in tuner on the ROKU TV is the current ATSC 2.0 so the TV does not support ATSC 3.0/NextGen out of the box. However, you can now purchase an external ATSC 3.0 tuner box and connect it to the ROKU using one of the HDMI inputs on the ROKU TV. The external ATSC 3.0 box will have its own remote, and also requires an external antenna of its own. To view broadcasts using the external ATSC 3.0 tuner you would simply switch to the HDMI input you connected the external tuner to.
