Can I "cast" video to the Roku device? null

There are at least a few apps on ROKU to do that with. Your phone, for example, will have to be able to have its own app or compatibility also.

Yes, I just did it yesterday with a YouTube video. The Roku sticks, regular and 4K+, will show up ss options, just like a smart TV on your list of casting devices.
